1. License Server Selection
The first thing that must be done is the selection of the PC to be used as the license server. The license server typically operates for extended periods of time, but if it were to break down suddenly while operating, it may take some time to restore it (*1). Therefore, great care should be taken to select a license server PC that is rigorously maintained.
After selecting the computer to be used as the license server, please install The Software.
Caution *1
You should also take care when selecting the network adapter used by the license server PC because licenses are tied to the network adapter (NIC ID) of the server. If the server PC fails but its network adapter can be moved, it is possible to restore the license server by transferring the network adapter to another computer which will become the new license server.

(Since the extended support period for Windows Server 2012 R2 has expired, we also discontinued support for it.) - Hardware: Computer that complies with the recommended hardware requirements of the OS.
Caution
- Network adapter required.
- Runs in 32-bit mode on 64-bit OS.
