Feature Description
Pencil+ 4 Converter is a utility plugin to convert data created with Pencil+ 3 to Pencil+ 4. It can also be used to convert Standard Materials to Pencil+ 4 Materials.

Targets¶
Set the targets for converting from Pencil+ 3 to pencil+ 4. The unchecked items will not be converted.

Enable / disable conversion of the Pencil+ 3 Materials in sample slots.
Convert the Standard Materials.¶
Enable / disable conversion of the Standard Materials. Checking this option activates the [Standard Material Options] section.
Standard Material Options¶
Setup the conversion of Standard Materials.
Use additive blending for highlights.¶
Set the Highlight [Blend Mode] to [Additive].
[Zone Settings]
Automatically¶
Refer to the Standard Materials' [Diffuse Reflection] and [Specular Reflection] to convert to Pencil+ 4 Materials. Zones are created at regular intervals.
Apply Blend Mode with "Multiply"¶
The [Blend Mode] of the Zones is converted to [Multiply]. If the Standard Materials use texture maps, checking this option will maintain rendering results close to the original after converting.
Refer to Pencil+ 4 Material¶
Refer to the settings of a [Pencil+ 4 Material] to convert Standard Materials. Use this to convert with a specific number of Zones at specific positions.
Apply Stroke Settings¶
Enable / disable the application of the [Stroke Maps] from the reference [Pencil+ 4 Material].
Instance¶
Convert the Stroke Maps as instances.
Copy¶
Convert the Stroke Maps as copies.
